Welcome to our consultation website for the regeneration of 1–3 Sussex Place, Hammersmith. We’re excited to share our proposals for a new high quality purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) development. This new building will provide around 300 student rooms, in a building of 5 to 14 storeys, alongside broader improvements to the local area and is supported by Imperial College London.

Following our first public consultation events late last year, we invite you to view the updated plans for 1-3 Sussex Place before we submit our outline planning application.
